The Krasnokamsk Paper Mill – Branch of Goznak observes the rights and duties of the employees and solves social matters within the framework of the collective agreement of the employer and the staff of the paper mill. The employees are guaranteed with voluntary medical and accident insurance. They are provided with a package of social guarantees, privileges and compensations.

The Krasnokamsk Paper Mill takes part in the programme of non-state retirement insurance realized by Goznak since 2003. Among others, 980 ex-employees of the Krasnokamsk Paper Mill receive the non-state pensions today. Of them, 90 people have received the pension since 2013 and 17 people since the beginning of 2014.

There is an operating programme of development of sports infrastructure and involving the employees and members of their families into sports at the Krasnokamsk Paper Mill implemented by Goznak at all its Branches.

Because there is no gymnasium at the Mill, the management concludes agreements for renting gyms with the sports organizations of the town and the swimming pool.

The employees of the Paper Mill take an active part in sports competitions of the Perm Region. They win the first prizes in Spartakiades and competitions for the Regional Cup. Competitions for the prize of the Mill in 12 kinds of sports, sportive and cultural events, various competitions with the participation of the employees of the Mill and their family members have become a good tradition.

Excursions to sights of Perm and the Perm Region, visits to theaters of Perm, participation in amateur talent groups, professional festivities are distinctive features of life of the team of the Krasnokamsk Paper Mill.

There is an inexpensive refectory for the employees; nutrition subsidies are organized. Compensations for board of some categories of employees (the group of employees improving their health at the medical center of the Mill) are paid to their bank accounts.

The Mill has its own medical center, including a 24-hour aid post as well as specialists – a general practitioner, a cardiologist, a dentist, a gynecologist, a functional diagnostics doctor, a physiotherapist, rooms for medical procedures and massage. The rehabilitation treatment is carried out according to the approved schedule (55 persons per a shift) based upon the results of the yearly health examination. The medical treatment and physiotherapeutic procedures are paid by the means of voluntary medical insurance policies of RESO-Garantia.

The veterans, or former employees of the Paper Mill, can use the services of the medical center at their own expense.

The Council of Veterans works actively at the Mill and co-operates with the trade union committee. The trade union committee pays for excursions for the core group of the Council and provides additional material aid.

Children of the employees of the Mill spend their holidays at recreation camps and sanatoriums, and the Mill pays a part of the price. Single parents and large families receive vouchers for their children’s recreation free of charge.

The employees of the Paper Mill have stability, an interesting job, a decent level of salaries. The Mill provides opportunities for all-round development and successful career for its employees.
